POLY-CHECK® is a specific, rapid immunodiagnostic test that can be performed without the need for a diet. The test specifically detects blood in the stool when its concentration is higher than 10 ng/mL.

Changes in the digestive system are often combined with bleeding into the lumen of the duct. The presence of blood in the stool can be caused by the occurrence of ulcers, hemorrhoids or colon cancer. The test is also performed as part of the prevention of colorectal cancer.
