CRP-SCREEN®
SELF-EXAMINE YOURSELF
CRP-SCREEN® is a specific, semi-quantitative immunodiagnostic test for the detection of CRP protein in the blood. The obtained result is in one of 4 concentration ranges between 8-100 mg / L, which helps to differentiate the basis of infection (bacterial or viral) and detect inflammation.
The CRP-SCREEN® test should be performed in case of clinical signs suggestive of infection, such as sub-febrile condition, headache, fever, or general weakness. CRP is a sensitive, rapidly appearing indicator during the period of illness, which makes it possible to use it as an element of diagnostics when making decisions about antibiotic therapy.
